work, work, work

Yesterday got home and did some little things – ironed Peggy again, put the insoles in my Anne shoes, fix the hook and eye on my corset, put the hand loop on my Anne skirt, finished altering my Peggy shirt, etc.

Got started on the “bark” of my Johanna shirt. Which basically means I stood there with my arm out while Chase glued stuff to me. And no it’s not sliced cork.

At least, not this close to Dragoncon. It’s all leftover scraps of Kingdom Come Wonder Woman leather. Wrong side. I painted them. They’re not fantastic but they’re not horrible, which is mostly what I’m going for with the costume at this point – “not horrible.”

Working on the undershirt.I did not want to even attempt "carved cork" like the original, so I made strips of leather and painted them, then glued them onto my base shirt. Had to be done while I wear wearing it, and it's hard to get in and out of!Kelldar.com | My Facebook Page | Tumblr | Instagram

Hopefully can finish that up tonight and start on the collar and arm piece.

Here’s a sneak peek of my surprise costume.

Fresh out of the mold and hasn’t been cleaned up yet.

And I was working on my Peggy props for my briefcase and Luna decided that it was a nice place for her to lay.
